This website is operated by Texas TCG Expo (“we”, “us”, “our”), an event organizer based in Texas. You can reach us at texastcgexpo@gmail.com.

You may use this site to learn about our shows, buy tickets, reserve vendor tables and contact us. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or these terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• submit false, misleading or abusive information through our forms;
• copy or scrape the site’s content for commercial use without our written permission.

Tickets and vendor tables are sold through a third-party ticketing provider. When you buy, you are also agreeing to that provider’s terms and privacy policy, and payment is processed by them, not by this website.

Prices, dates, times and venue details shown on this site are provided for convenience and may change. The details shown at checkout and in your confirmation are the ones that apply. Refunds, cancellations and entry rules are covered in our Event Policies.

The Texas TCG Expo name, logo, text, photos and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and use its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Texas TCG Expo is an independent event. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, any sports league or any card grading company. All game, character and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the products vendors bring to our shows.

Vendors at our shows are independent businesses. We do not own, inspect, authenticate, grade or guarantee the items they sell, and any purchase, sale or trade is strictly between you and the other party. Links on this site to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas TCG Expo and its organizers, staff and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
