Privacy Policy

Last updated October 12, 2026

This policy explains what information Texas TCG Expo collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Information you give us

  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
  • Vendor inquiry form: your shop or seller name, email address, what you sell, and any notes you choose to add.
  • Emails you send us: whatever you include in your message.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use these to keep the site running and secure. This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

3. Tickets and vendor tables

Ticket and vendor table purchases are handled by a third-party ticketing provider on its own website. Your payment details go to that provider and its payment processor, not to us. The provider shares order details with us, such as your name, email and what you bought, so we can admit you to the show and manage vendor tables. Their own privacy policy explains how they handle your information.

4. How we use information

  • to send show dates, vendor openings and event news to people who signed up for them;
  • to reply to vendor inquiries and other messages;
  • to run our events, including check-in and vendor table assignments;
  • to keep the website secure and working properly;
  • to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose. These include:

  • our website hosting provider;
  • our database provider, which stores newsletter sign-ups and vendor inquiries;
  • our ticketing provider and its payment processor;
  • our email provider.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our attendees, vendors, staff or the public.

6. Photos and video at our shows

We take photos and video at our events and may use them on this website, on social media and in promotional materials. If you appear in a photo on this site and would like it removed, email texastcgexpo@gmail.com and we will take it down.

7. How long we keep it

We keep newsletter sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. We keep vendor inquiries for as long as they are useful for planning future shows. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

8. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe: email texastcgexpo@gmail.com and we will remove you from the newsletter list.
  • Access, correction or deletion: email us and tell us what you would like to see, fix or delete. We will respond within a reasonable time.
  • State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. Contact us and we will honor requests that apply.

9. Children

Our shows are family friendly, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Questions or requests can be sent to texastcgexpo@gmail.com.
